ARROWS WITH SOUL PERSONAL WORK-LIFE SURVEY

The Arrows with Soul^TM Personal Work-Life Survey© evaluates quality of life in 4 major areas of Self, Family, Work and Service. The survey, based on the copyrighted survey from Innovations International and Cannonwood, leaders in work-life integration, gives participants a snap shot of their lives by providing them with an indication of their level of quality of life, strengths and gaps. It can be used as a starting point to evaluate one’s current quality of life and the areas (Self, Family, Work or Service) that they can improve in.

WHAT DOES THIS REALLY MEAN?

The surveys collated at the organisation level provide aggregates of the employees’ quality of life, both collective and individual. This is an indication of the true temperature of employees, which marks the climate of the organisation.

AT NATIONAL LEVEL

At the national level, the score compilation is an indicator of Singaporean employees’ national quality of life as measured by the 4 quadrants. It provides an overview of the current work-life effectiveness in Singapore. With the data, we are able to draw parallels between personal work-life effectiveness and overall satisfaction and quality of work-life.

• Highly skilled workers do not necessarily equate high productivity workers
• Employees’ state at home and relationships with their families affect work performance over long term
• Lack of self-development in terms of holistic development, spiritual growth, personal interests, etc lead towards burnout and lower creativity

OUR DATABASE

The database comprises of white collared workers from all races, and education backgrounds ranging from secondary to post-tertiary education. Currently the survey has been administered to over 13,000 individuals. More data is being added regularly to our database, and is collected from our workshops and seminars conducted in Singapore over the past four years.

We asked the participants to provide some demographic information about themselves. With this data, we are able to draw correlations between controlled variables such as age, race, gender, marital status, religion, etc and quality of work-life.
