Principal Consultant
A work-life coach and thought leader, David has achieved tremendous milestones in the fields of Work-Life Effectiveness, Employee Engagement and the New Economy. He is the pioneer architect, developer and chief facilitator of Arrows With Soul(TM), a Holistic Work-Life Integration Program for effectiveness in Work and Family life - the world's first comprehensive DNA and roadmap for a "heart-ware orientation" to work-life effectiveness. Since its inception, the holistic and generative Arrows with Soul(TM) DNA has spawned highly acclaimed variants for leadership, mental resilience and service.
Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) recognized David's efforts and the impact of the Arrows With Soul(TM) program for work-life, leading to a strategic partnership between the two in the form of a 2-year National Proliferation to impact 10,000 public, professional organizations and 500 CEOs. On March 3rd, 2006, David was invited by Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP-USA) to present Arrows with Soul(TM) at the WorldatWork conference in Austin, Texas, USA. Since then, he has been an active member of the organization, making his contributions felt on the world stage by proposing an integrated approach towards work-life harmony through programs and "heartware". His philosophy and ideas for the work-life field have enthused many world-renowned experts, resulting in numerous professional and personal partnerships with the top consultants in this field.
In February 2008, David was confered the prestigious Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP-USA) Rising Star Award 2008. This is a distinct honour from World leaders in work-life development. With this award, David has been invited to be part of AWLP's think-tank in the field of work-life research and development. He is part of the programming committee in AWLP's annual global work-life conference. Since then, David has appeared on national radio and television, print media and numerous local and international conferences to speak on related subjects.

Jacob Sim
Associate Director
Jacob is a passionate public speaker, captivating corporate trainer and seasoned consultant. Over a 17-year career that has spanned the world of public relations, direct marketing, healthcare and hygiene, executive search and telecommunications, he has trained professionals from various industries in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan as well as executives from the United States, Australia, South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, South Africa and the Middle East.
Jacob was formerly the Regional Human Resources Director of a leading American MNC with responsibilities in over 11 countries in the Asia Pacific region. He was the main driver behind the company's organizational development initiative that encompassed a series of interventions including change management, 360-degree feedback, employee communications, engagement surveys and career development.
In a colorful career that has seen him in front of audiences ranging from 8 to 800, his well-honed communications skills enable him to hold the attention of his audience who continually affirm the practicality and positive impact of his message gleaned from the real world of hard knocks.
Jacob is a Class One Trainer for all Arrows With Soul Programs and Variants.

McDaniel E. Phillips
Associate Director
McDaniel is an experienced communicator and facilitator for Arrows with Soul, a holistic Work-Life Integration Program for effectiveness in work and family life. Mcdaniel oversees the Arrows with Soul coaching program.
McDaniel has had extensive exposure to work-life cultures of North America, Latin America for over 40 years and also in Asia where he has been based and serving for the past 5 years. Beginning his career as a radio personality with CKNX Broadcasting in Canada, McDaniel has managed and produced many English language programmes addressing a myriad of subjects related to life and work reaching Latin America from the TWR base in Bonaire in the Caribbean.
He was eventually involved in programme direction for Latin America Satellite Network serving many community radio stations throughout the Latin America and the Caribbean. With a passion for the effective use of media technologies, he subsequently served as an Area Director for TWR USA where he was primarily involved in Broadcaster Relations, Training, Awareness Building, Fundraising and Recruitment.

Lawrence Ko

A specialist in the holistic integration of aesthetics, ethics and spirituality for selfhood formation, Lawrence has researched and employed programmes using cultural and philosophical resources for leadership development and personal growth.
A firm believer in service-learning and cross-cultural training, Lawrence has organised and led many overseas community service programs, particularly those involved in environmental projects.
He has been involved in community discussion groups related to race relations and has given talks in schools and organisations related to cultural literacy and on multi-cultural teams at the Singapore Human Resources Institute.
He has led cross-cultural training workshops at the Civil Service College and guest lectured at Nanyang Technological University on topics related to Singapore's sociocultural history, social cohesion, globalisation in the "Engineers and Society" course.

A thought leader in his own right, known for his in-depth and far-reaching insights, Christopher is an Associate Director with The Clarion Institute and is in charge of program research and development. He possesses an excellent blend of technical and business expertise. Christopher has prior experience as technopreneur, IT consultant, systems integrator and trainer at senior levels in the Asia Pacific.
Having personally made the transition from Capital Intensive to Knowledge Based Economy, Christopher has bona fide experience to bridge community's journey of adjustment in the New Economy. Christopher will be in charge of the e-Portal and quality control for the AWTMNP.
Christopher is married with 2 children.

Karen is a passionate advocate of coaching and mentoring. One of her key goal is to help people be aware of their inner self and facilitating their journey to live a more purposeful life.
Karen holds a Professional Diploma in Training & Development from Singapore Training & Development Association (STADA). Over the last year, she has trained and encouraged numerous youth groups to extend beyond their immediate concerns for a more holistic and meaningful life.
She motivates people by giving daily motivational quotes and shares beautiful articles with them too. As a professional and a mother, Karen is also very passionate in the areas of work-life integration and strongly believes her core values have helped her to prioritize her life.
An avid runner, Karen lives her life integrated in mind, body and spirit.
