1st Class Trainer - Lawrence Ko

A specialist in the holistic integration of aesthetics, ethics and spirituality for selfhood formation, Lawrence has researched and employed programmes using cultural and philosophical resources for leadership development and personal growth.

A firm believer in service-learning and cross-cultural training, Lawrence has organised and led many overseas community service programs, particularly those involved in environmental projects.

He has been involved in community discussion groups related to race relations and has given talks in schools and organisations related to cultural literacy and on multi-cultural teams at the Singapore Human Resources Institute.

He has led cross-cultural training workshops at the Civil Service College ad guest lectured at Nanyang Technological University on topics related to Singapore's sociocultural history, social cohesion, globalisation in the "Engineers and Society" course.

Lawrence has extensive experience in human resources development and leadership development over the past 17 years in Singapore, China and Southeast Asia region. He enjoys nurturing young Asian leaders towards the vision of a creative and responsible community.

Lawrence takes the lead in Arrows With Soul Research and Development and is also a Class One Trainer for all Arrows With Soul programs and Variants.

Lawrence is married with 2 children.
