Senior Facilitator Coach - Jennifer Goh

Jennifer joined Arrows With Soul Pte Ltd as a Senior Consultant cum Trainer. She carries with her vast corporate working experience in various sectors from financial to retail. Prior joining Arrows With Soul Pte Ltd, she was working as a Head of IT in a private organization. Her greatest contribution in her previous organisation, Fraser and Neave Ltd includes leading, implementing and trained many users on various key application systems both locally and overseas for the last 8 years.

Jennifer is a firmed believer in contributing back to society and is also someone who practices what Arrows With Soul teaches –activities outside work. She has been actively serving in the community and religious organization on voluntarily basis for the last 17 years. Some of her contributions includes

- leading small groups

- mentoring and coaching people under her leadership

- befriender and a counselor for the HIV/Aids Patients

- designed and developed 'Knowing Me Knowing You' a personal development training program whom she has conducted to at least 300 audiences.

Her public service spirit in the community did not stop at just as the above. Recently she was asked to be a guest speaker in ‘Cooljobs for Tomorrow’ for APMI Kaplan in 2007. She is also a rather sought after Petition Writer in her constituency whom she serves regularly.

She holds a Bachelor Degree of Computing with Management from Bradford University, U.K and a Master of Social Science in Counseling from University of South Australia. She is also a Certified Taylor Johnson Temperament Analysis practitioner, DISC Behavioral Consultant and Behavioral Coach.
