Senior Facilitator Coach - Jennifer Goh

Jennifer joined Arrows With Soul Pte Ltd as a Senior Facilitator-Coach. She carries with her a vast corporate work experience in various sectors from financial to retail. Prior to joining Arrows With Soul, she was working as a Head of IT in a private organization. Her greatest contributions in her previous organisation, Fraser and Neave Ltd, include leading, implementing and training employees on various key application systems both locally and overseas over the past 8 years.

Jennifer is a firm believer in contributing back to society and is also someone who practices what Arrows With Soul teaches –activities outside work. She has been actively serving in the community and religious organizations on a voluntary basis for the past 17 years. Some of her contributions include

- leading small groups

- mentoring and coaching people under her leadership

- befriender and a counselor for the HIV/Aids Patients

- the design and development of 'Knowing Me Knowing You', a personal development training program whom she has conducted to at least 300 audiences.

Her public service spirit in the community does not stop at just as the above. Recently she was asked to be a guest speaker in ‘Cool jobs for Tomorrow’ for APMI Kaplan in 2007. She is also a sought after Petition Writer in her constituency which she is actively serving in.

She holds a Bachelor Degree of Computing with Management from Bradford University, U.K and a Master of Social Science in Counseling from University of South Australia. She is also a Certified Taylor Johnson Temperament Analysis practitioner, DISC Behavioral Consultant and Behavioral Coach.
