Jacob was formerly the Regional Human Resources Director of a leading American MNC with responsibilities in over 11 countries in the Asia Pacific region. He was the main driver behind the company’s organizational development initiative that encompassed a series of interventions including change management, 360-degree feedback, employee communications, engagement surveys and career development.

In a colorful career that has seen him in front of audiences ranging from 8 to 800, his well-honed communications skills enable him to hold the attention of his audience who continually affirm the practicality and positive impact of his message gleaned from the real world of hard knocks.
