A work-life coach and thought leader, David has achieved tremendous milestones in the fields of Work-Life Effectiveness, Employee Engagement and the New Economy. He is the pioneer architect, developer and chief facilitator of Arrows with Soul™, a holistic Work-Life Integration Program for effectiveness in Work and Family life - the world’s first comprehensive DNA and roadmap for a “heart-ware orientation” to work-life effectiveness. Since its inception, the holistic and generative Arrows with Soul™ DNA has spawned highly acclaimed variants for leadership, mental resilience and service. Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports recognized David's efforts and the impact of the Arrows With Soul™ program for work-life, leading to a strategic partnership between the two in the form of a 2-year National Proliferation to impact 10,000 public, professional organizations and 500 CEOs.

On March 3rd, 2006, David was invited by Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP-USA) to present Arrows with Soul™ at the WorldatWork conference in Austin, Texas, USA. Since then, he has been an active member of the organization, making his contributions felt on the world stage by proposing an integrated approach towards work-life harmony through programs and “heartware”. His philosophy and ideas for the work-life field have enthused many world-renowned experts, resulting in numerous professional and personal partnerships with the top consultants in this field.

In February 2008, David was confered the prestigious Alliance for Work-Life Progress (AWLP-USA) Work-Life Rising Star Award 2008. This is a distinct honour from World leaders in work-life development. With this award, David has been invited to be part of AWLP's think tank in the field of work-life research and development. He is part of the programming committee in AWLP's annual global work-life conference.

Since then, David has appeared on National Radio and Television, print media and numerous local and international conferences to speak on related subjects.
