A thought leader and founder of Arrows with Soul; David has achieved tremendous milestones in the fields of Work Life Effectiveness, Employee Engagement and the New Economy. Arrows with Soul is a world’s first comprehensive DNA and roadmap for a “heart ware orientation” to work life effectiveness. Since its inception 3 years ago, the holistic and generative Arrows with Soul DNA has spawned highly acclaimed variants for leadership, mental resilience and service.

A much sought-after speaker, David has appeared on National Radio and Television and numerous local and international conferences onthe same subject.

In February 2008, David has been confered the prestigious Alliance for Work Life Progress (AWLP-USA) Work Life Rising Star Award 2008. This is a distinct honour from the World's leader in work life development. With this award, David is invited to be part of AWLP's think thank in the field of work life research and development.

On January 2006, Arrows with SoulTM is commissioned by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports for national proliferation to impact 10,000 public, professional organizations and 500 CEO’s as a comprehensive and holistic roadmap for Personal Work Life Effectiveness.

The Arrows with Soul program and e-portal was officially launched on 16th June 2006 by Mr. Koh Juan Kiat, Executive Director of the Singapore National Employers Federation and member of the National Family Council as a new initiative for Personal Work Life Harmony in Singapore. David was also a speaker and forum panelist on the seminar for CEOs titled Leadership in a Changing Workplace-Attract, Motivate and Retain your best on 14 November 2006. David was also the Keynote speaker for Health Promotion Board's national launch of Mental Wellness Program in November 2007.

Testimony of thought leadership and new economy orientation, David was invited by Alliance for Work Life Progress (AWLP-USA) to present Arrows with SoulTM on March 3rd 2006 at Austin, Texas, USA. David is an active member of the organization making his contributions felt on the world stage proposing an integrated approach towards work life harmony through programs and “heartware”. His philosophy and ideas for the work-life field have enthused many world-renowned experts and has resulted in numerous professional and personal partnerships with the top consultants in this field.

David is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington and is married with 2 children.
