Trapper Woods

Warren "Trapper" Woods has a 35-year career in management, marketing, sales, and training. His background includes extensive experience in corporate organisations including fifteen years as a corporate president.

He is a well-known authority in the field of personal effectiveness and has served as a consultant to some of the world’s most influential time management companies. Warren currently serves as President of Trapper Woods International, a training organisation specialising in High Performance Seminars and the training partner of Day-Timers, Inc.

In the past 15 years, he has worked as a problem solver, helping individuals and organisations achieve high performance. He has presented over 1200 seminars to more than 350 corporations throughout North America. His presentations are artfully laced with stories to capture the imagination and make his points memorable.

Warren Woods is a professional member of the National Speakers Association and holds the Certified Speaking Professional designation. The CSP designation is the speaking industry’s international measure of professional platform skill. Less than 10% of NSA’s 4000 members hold this designation.

William A. Guillory

Dr Guillory is an authority on diversity, empowerment, leadership, creativity and innovation, and quantum-thinking. Bill’s published books include: "Realisations," "It’s All An Illusion," "Destined to Succeed," "the Guides," and a co-authored publication "EMPOWERMENT for High-Performing Organisations" His most recent book is titled, "THE LIVING ORGANISATION – Spirituality in the Workplace."

Prior to founding the consulting firm Innovations International, Inc., Dr Guillory was a physical chemist of international renown. His distinguished awards and appointments include an Alfred P. Sloan Fellowship, an Alexander von Humboldt appointment at the University of Frankfurt, a Ralph Metcalf Chair at Marquette University, and the Chancellor’s Distinguished Lectureship at the University of California at Berkeley.

Dr Guillory has presented over 4,000 seminars throughout North and South America, Great Britain, Europe, and Asia Pacific. He has facilitated seminars for over 300 corporations, including the senior management of many Fortune 500 companies.

Dr Guillory serves on the board of trustees for the Global Servant-Leadership Organization.

Sandra Burud, Ph.D

Sandra Burud, Ph.D. is a researcher, consultant and author, also with 25 years experience on workforce dynamics. Her book, Leveraging the New Human Capital, was named 2004 Book of the Year by AHRD, for advancing the theory and practice of HR strategy. She is also a Visiting Scholar at the Peter Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, where she conducts research and teaches on human capital. She has spent two decades as a consultant, helping employers respond to changes in their work forces and design ways to measure the results of their efforts. She is former President of the Alliance for Work-Life Progress and led the creation of the professional Work-Life Certificate.

Karol Rose, M.Ed

Karol Rose, M.Ed., has more than 25 years of experience as an author, consultant and management trainer on human resources and work-life effectiveness. She has lead the training effort at Time Warner, the work-life practice at Price Waterhouse Coopers and directed her own boutique consulting firm — working with some of the countries largest companies. She is author of fourinfluential books, the latest of which will be out in 2006. She is a professional trainer and has designed and delivered training for corporate clients in the US and abroad. She develops two annual special features for Fortune magazine, one devoted to human capital and a second to work-life issues.

Arrows with Soul™ National Proliferation Programme (June 2006 to May 2008) The Ministry of Community Development (MCYS) recognises that Singaporeans are faced with the daily challenges of ‘balancing’ work, personal and family demands, and seeks to empower the individual with practical knowledge and skills to stay effective at work and at home. It adopts "Arrows with Soul™" framework as a holistic roadmap to help individuals integrate work, personal and family life. Based on the four ‘quadrants’ in life - Self, Family, Work and Service, "Arrows with Soul™" is designed to raise awareness and provide incipient steps for individuals to take action towards an integrated work-life.

MCYS rolled out a two-year national proliferation programme from June 2006 to May 2008 through Seminars using "Arrows with Soul™" framework. The seminars had reached out to 10,000 employees, HR professionals and CEOs to raise awareness, change mindsets and impart skills.

This program encourages grassroots, professional, employer and other community and corporate groups to partner the Ministry in bringing "Arrows with Soul™" seminars to members in their network, sharing the roadmap to integrating work, personal and family life which will benefit not only the individuals, but also their families and employers.
