Key Milestones

February 2008, Mr. David Lock is conferred the Alliance for Work Life Progress (World At Work – USA) Work Life Rising Star 2008 for his pioneering and exciting thoughtware and development of the World’s first “Heartware of Work Life Integration”. Mr. Lock will receive this honour at the 2008 World At Work Conference to be held in May 2008 in Philadelphia, USA.

October 2007, Mr. David Lock invited to be keynote speaker for the launch of Health Promotion Board’s Mental Wellness Program in conjunction with World Mental Health Day specially catered for CEO’s and top management.

November 2006, Mr. David Lock was the Speaker and forum panel for a seminar organized for CEOs’ titled ‘Leadership Value in Changing Workplace – Attract Retain and Motivate your key employees’.

March 2006, Mr. David Lock was selected to present Arrows with Soul in Alliance for Work Life Progress 10th Annual Work Life Conference in Texas, Austin.

In January 2006, Arrows with Soul^TM is commissioned by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports for national proliferation to impact 10,000 public, professional organizations and 500 CEO’s as a comprehensive and holistic roadmap for Personal Work Life Effectiveness. On 16th June 2006, Arrows with Soul program was officially launched on by Mr. Koh Juan Kiat, Executive Director, Singapore National Employers Federation and member of the National Family Council as a national initiative for Personal Work Life Effectiveness in Singapore.
